RAD Editor - Editor content blanks out on page check in

Thanks for your response.

When user edits and checks in the page, somehow blank page gets checked in.This issue occurs intermittently on any page. We have made changes in config.xml file as follows:

We didn't came across any error. We are not applying the changes by clicking "Apply" button. Could you please elaborate where is this button located.
