Adjust the perspective of document

I plan to develop an application that works with images.

I will take a picture and make edits to recognize corner of the document, adjust the image PERSPECTIVE.

Crop the image to use only the part that fits the document and to leave it in black and white.

There is already such manipulation in telerik platform?

You can show me some plugin?
