Custom URL Bug Cordova 3.7

Hi

I understand there is a bug in Cordova 3.7.0 where custom url does not work from cold start.

"Please note that Cordova-iOS 3.7.0 has a bug where the 'handleOpenURL' function is not invoked upon cold start."​

Can you please tell me what your plans are to address this issue

e.g.

3.8 + Updated Plugin with an estimated release date 

3.7 + a work around

We use Estimote Beacons and Custom URL in our App.

1) Your Estimote Beacons sample app will not build unless we use 3.7

2) Custom URL Cold Start only works 3.5

So a way to make Estimote Plugin work on 3.5 would also be a suitable solution.
