Problem with Telerik.Web.UI, Version=2015.1.225.45

Still I am getting script error, I tried all your suggestions provided in the links. 

I am using RadSplitter in one webpage and showing 2 web pages in that splitter.

All 3 pages have RadScriptmanagers, I tried to replace those with ScriptManager that approach also not working for me.

I tried to remove RadScriptmanager from one child page placed in RadSplitter, its not generating any script error, but as you know, without ScriptManager RadPanel in that page is not rendered.I 

I am looking for your help to resolve this script issue.
