Allow the header and content to scroll up when the keyboard pops out

Hi,

I have view with header,content and footer.The content has some text boxes.On click inside the text box the device keyboard pops up and it covers some portion of the content thus the text boxes get hidden behind the keyboard.
How can I Allow the header and content to scroll up when the keyboard pops out?
