This is a known issue introduced by the latest Chrome versions. Please follow this issue report to get updates about the problem - Chromium Issue 481922: iframe not rendering.
We have used one of the suggested workarounds in the above linked bug report to prevent the issue. It is added in the latest available Telerik Reporting Q2 2015 internal build v9.1.15.702.
You can also replace the ASP.NEt WebForms ReportViewer with an HTML5 Viewer. Details how the HTML5 Viewer works are available in this forum thread.
