Cannot load project in TFS Project Dashboard

Hello,

Could you share what versions of the .NET framework are installed on your machine?

This application was compiled against .NET 4.0 and there should be an entry in the application configuration file specifying that the only supported runtime of the application is .NET 4.0 so this should be the runtime that the app is using.
