Our company is planning to develop a mobile application that uses push notifications. We're going to purchase Platform Professional license for our developer. The application is developed for an external client. Should our client buy Telerik Platform license (or any Telerik product license) to be able to use push notifications in our application if Free Data Plan meets our requirements? And if it doesn't meet, will it be sufficient for our client to choose an advanced data plan (without purchase of any product license)? Thanks in advance.
