We are not familiar with Foundation for Apps and we have not attempted to integrate Kendo UI into it, so at this point we cannot give you a definitive answer. I assume at least partial integration should be possible, although there probably will be some conflicts. The Foundation for Apps team should be able to provide more information on that topic.
