Interestingly, I don't have any of the RadEditor tools defined but looks like it puts them in there anyways. I'm guessing this is normal. (?). But the "Optional" is still not displaying.
Also - this application is running on SharePoint. Could that be a problem with it? But I would at least expect to see something in the source code...
