Yes, it has been down since about noon my time (New Zealand, about 7 hours ago, at the time of writing) and I raised a support ticket, no response yet.
I'm currently just getting into my 30 day trial, and not too impressed it's taken about 6 hours for someone to notice and update the status page. Is this a regular occurrence, does anyone know? I don't want to pitch this to my bosses if it's going to be an unreliable service.
