There was a major outage for the AppBuilder cloud services. The good news is that our developers managed to fix it and AppBuilder should be back in its operational state now.
Our monitoring system had failed as well, which lead to the delay in the status page notification. We will further investigate why this had happened and will try to prevent it for the future.
