Issues with Kendo Touch TouchStart

Hi Arif,

I tested the sample you linked to but could not reproduce the issue. In the video below you can see that the event is fired each time I click the text:

Here is the modified version of the sample that I am testing:

I also ran the sample on an Android device and it still worked as expected. Can you tell under what environment you are testing the sample or if I am missing out anything in my reproduction steps?
