TFS Work Item Project Dashboard with TFS 2012

You can find the log file for the dashboard at the following location: {My Documents}\Work Item Manager 2010\Dashboard-log.txt

Also, regarding using TFS 2012 with WIM, using the TFS 2012 forward compatibility GDR released by Microsoft, you should be able to use WIM as it stands today to connect to a TFS 2012 RC server.

It is important to note though that WIM still relies upon Team Explorer 2010 so you will still need that installed on your machine for WIM to work.  At the moment there are no plans to update WIM to work with Team Explorer 2012 or to integrate with or enhance any of the new features in TFS 2012.
